Ordering a paper with ExtraEssay.com is easy and quick. Let’s take a closer look at how it works:
1. You fill out the Order Form, provide us with specific instructions, and upload any required materials.
2. You provide your contact details so we can create an account for you.
3. You make a secure payment and gain access to the Customer Area, where you can track the progress of your order, upload any required materials, and send messages to both the writer and support team.
When your paper is ready, it will be uploaded to your Customer Area, and you’ll receive an email notification with a direct link to download it. After reviewing the paper and confirming that it meets your needs, you can submit it and relax or request alterations using the “Reopen My Order” button. Revisions are free of charge in accordance with our Revision Policy.
All file sharing occurs through the “Downloads” section of your Customer Area.
How is the price for my order determined?
It is based on four factors:
– Type of paper
– Academic level
– Number of pages
– Urgency

What is the word count for 1 page?
A standard double-spaced page has 275, while a single-spaced page contains 550 words. Please specify only the number of pages for the body of your essay. Title and reference pages will be provided for free.
Is your service legal?
Our service provides the same type of assistance you would receive if, for example, you asked for help from a tutor proficient in the respective field of study.
Using our service is legal and is not prohibited by any university or college policies. We offer a product that serves as a source, a raw material for your own paper, so it cannot be regarded as cheating if you provide proper credit to the original work.

When will you finish writing my paper?
You decide the deadline. For example, 1 to 3 hours is the earliest standard we can complete your essay while ensuring it’s of the highest quality. However, if you need more extensive work done urgently, expect us to assist you within 5 or more hours. You just need to indicate the number of hours you require in the Order Form, and we will contact you to discuss your specific case.
The countdown to your deadline will begin as soon as you have made the payment and provided us with all the necessary materials and instructions. Please note that your deadline applies only to the first version of your paper, without revisions. Revisions can also take time, so our service recommends having 1 to 2 days available before the paper’s actual due date.
Who will write my paper?

For security purposes, you are not allowed to mention your personal details or ask the writer to disclose their personal information.

Will I have to pay for the title page and bibliography?
No. They are provided for free. For example, when you order a 4-page paper, you will receive 6 pages in total: 4 pages for the body of the paper, plus the title page and the reference page. These pages will not be included in your final cost.
Which formats do you provide?
We fully understand that the way your completed paper is presented plays an essential role in how you are graded. Hence, our papers are formatted according to your requirements and instructions completely free of charge.
The available formats include Chicago, Harvard, APA, and MLA referencing styles. If you do not provide formatting instructions, our standard formatting style will be MLA, using 12-point Arial with double spacing and 1-inch margins.
Please note that regardless of the format you request, all pages will be double-spaced by default, and an average page will consist of 275 words.
Do you store pre-written works, and if so, for which purposes?
No. Our policy on pre-written papers is one that we take very seriously. If you have reason to believe that your paper was pre-written, please notify our Customer Support Representatives, and we will thoroughly investigate the matter. If the paper shows evidence of having been pre-written, you will be issued a refund.
What is the Customer Area, and how does it work?
The Customer Area allows you to place an order, track its progress, and upload required materials that may facilitate your projects. It also enables you to communicate with your paper’s writer and our support representatives via direct messages.
Tabs you’ll find in the Customer Area:
– The “My Orders” tab helps you track the progress of your ExtraEssay.com order and displays a list of all your current and past projects.
– “New Order” tab: This is where you can place your order.
– “Settings” tab: This contains your contact details and allows you to change your password.
How will I receive the completed paper?
Upon completion of your project, you will be notified via email and/or text message (on-demand option). You will need to log into your account at ExtraEssay.com to preview and download the completed paper or request a revision if needed. Please note that your order will only be available in your Customer Area, as we do not send completed papers via email for privacy reasons.
What if you are late with the delivery?
In the rare case a deadline is missed, we ask you to quickly notify our Customer Support Representatives. They will thoroughly examine your case and present suitable options to you. If the missed deadline was due to your own actions, you will need to arrange a new deadline. If the delay is due to an error on our part, the original price of the paper will be recalculated, and a refund will be issued.

What do I do if I am not satisfied with the delivered paper?
If you require a revision, you can request one via the Customer Area or by contacting our support representatives. Please include detailed comments on what you would like revised and specify the desired time frame for completion. If your project requires significant alterations, a fee for rewriting the paper may apply. It will depend on the paper’s complexity and the time needed for completion. What payment methods do you accept?
You can make payments using Apple Pay or a credit/debit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and more). Additionally, you can fund your wallet in your Customer Area and pay using that balance.
